Custom orders: orders are made to the buyers specifications. A deposit of 50% is required on all custom work. the design specifications and measurements will be discussed with our artist, and complete information agreed upon, signed off on, and the deposit paid, before the order will be made. the order must be paid in full before shipped to the customer.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received and in the case of a check or money order, deposited and cleared. Once these are completed the item will be sent out within the next 3 days.
Payment Terms:
If payment is not received within 3 days for Paypal or 7 days for check money order, it will be considered as non-payment and the order will be canceled unless the buyer otherwise contacts us.
Shipping Policy:
We use the USPS Flat Rate shipping boxes to make sure our shipping prices are predictable. If more than one item is ordered, than we will try to use one box for everything.
